What DBS/Police checks do you undertake and on what frequency?2020-07-11T20:33:36+00:00

All employees are DBS checked when starting with HSCS as we undertake a lot of school and council cleans which require these checks on a regular basis.

Are the products you use environmentally friendly?2020-07-11T20:33:19+00:00

Yes – All the products used by HSCS are environmentally friendly and also have antibacterial qualities to ensure a good and safe clean.

Does anyone come out to visit before quoting?2020-07-11T20:33:04+00:00

Sometimes – With our year’s experience in the cleaning industry we can often provide an accurate quotation from the data gathered over the phone.

We may however depending on the business or environment choose to visit the premises beforehand, allowing us to get a better understanding of the requirements and provide a more accurate quotation.

Yes – once we allocate a cleaner for you, we’ll arrange for them to come along and meet you so that you can meet in person and discuss the cleaning tasks you require.

Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?2020-07-11T20:32:34+00:00

No – our cleaners are fully vetted and are happy to hold your house/business keys. Key Acknowledgement Forms can be provided for you and your cleaner to sign.

Yes, we are accredited with ISO9001 (Quality Management), IPAF and CHAS.

Yes – We have a minimum public liability insurance of £20m and public and products insurances to ensure both you and our team are protected.

Yes – Our cleaners will arrange a time which will be convenient for both you and your business. Our services can be provided 7 days a week, 24/7 to suit you.

Yes – many of our commercial clients are on a service retainer contract. These are custom tailored to your business requirements and service times. We do however offer one-off cleans also.
